Fun with the Sun

June 21, 2022 is this year's SUMMER SOLSTICE. This is the longest day of the year, known to have been celebrated by ancient communities as the official beginning of summer. Let us be in ritual two days prior, on June 19th, and prepare ourselves for the longest day of the year and its significance in our lives.

This Summer Solstice 2022 invites us to create harmony within and expand balance between our female and male energies. This equilibrium can then stem out to our homes, sangha (community) and the world at large.

On June 19, 2022, WE, Karine & Mochi, will guide you through 108 Sun Salutations on the Zoom platform - safe, secure and in the comfort of your home. You will be supported all the way, as we have created 4 phases of focus which will allow the challenge to be manageable & fun for each individual while staying connected to the rhythm of the "Sun" Sangha.

The number 108 refers to a spiritual completion, a moment of awakening and wholeness. One significance to this number are the 108 beads used in Japa Mala practice to recite mantras in meditation.

We will connect with you prior to our gathering with the sun so that you will feel prepared for our three hours of inner journey. Reach out to us with any of your questions. To join, please email us at kamochimethod@gmail.com or DM @kamochimethod on Instagram.

In Harmony,
Karine & Mochi
